Amazon has introduced a new rewards program in the US, called Amazon Prime Reload, that gives Prime members 2% cash back when they load money into their Amazon Balance via their debit card or attached bank account, according to TechCrunch.

In the immediate term, this will help drive up adoption of the e-commerce giant’s prized loyalty program, Amazon Prime.

This new feature could become a revenue booster for Amazon.
