Donald Trump teased some of America’s most powerful executives at the signing of his preliminary trade deal with China on Wednesday.
“I sign things, and the next night, I see them on eBay,” the president jokingly complained to eBay’s interim CEO, Scott Schenkel. “Sometimes it’s the senators and the congressmen that do it.”
“It’s not your fault. You just got here,” Trump assured Boeing’s new CEO, David Calhoun, referring to the airplane maker’s 737 Max troubles.
